đź’¨ Abstract
A grand jury indicted 20-year-old Florida State University student Phoenix Ikner on murder charges after a mass shooting on campus in April that killed two and injured six. Ikner, the stepson of a local sheriff’s deputy, was held without bond and transferred to a neighboring county jail. The grand jury determined that Ikner acted alone, using stolen firearms, and that his attack was halted by a swift law enforcement response.
