💨 Abstract
The widow of Bryan Malinowski, the executive director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport, sued the ATF and several agents, alleging they acted recklessly and negligently when they executed a warrant at his home in Arkansas, leading to his shooting. Malinowski, who died from his injuries, was accused of buying and reselling guns without a license. His widow claims the agents did not properly announce their presence, causing Malinowski to mistakenly believe they were intruders.
