💨 Abstract
The Missouri Supreme Court ruled that a lower court judge erred in allowing abortions to resume in the state, following voters' strike down of Missouri's abortion ban. The Supreme Court ordered Judge Jerri Zhang to re-evaluate the case using the correct legal standards. The state had argued that Planned Parenthood didn't prove women were harmed without the temporary blocks on abortion laws and regulations. Pro-life advocates are hopeful that this ruling will keep abortion laws in place until further court decisions.
