💨 Abstract
In Bethlehem, West Bank, groups use a 1958 comic book, "Martin Luther King and the Montgomery Story," to discuss achieving peace through nonviolence. The book, created by the Fellowship of Reconciliation, has been a teaching tool in various social justice movements worldwide, including the Arab Spring, anti-apartheid activism, and Latin American social justice groups. It continues to influence education in the U.S. and is available in six languages.
