💨 Abstract
Kosovo's Constitutional Court ordered Parliament to elect a new speaker within 30 days to end a political stalemate. This follows the failure of lawmakers to elect a speaker since April, as parties refuse to cooperate, particularly with acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti's left-wing party, which won 48 seats. Without a speaker, Kurti cannot form a Cabinet or be formally nominated as prime minister, risking another election.
