Mourners honored former U.S. Charles Rangel, who lay in state at New York City Hall. The Harlem Democrat, known as the "Lion of Lenox Avenue," died at 94 after nearly five decades in Congress. Rangel, a founding member of the Congressional Black Caucus, will be buried after a public funeral at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
