💨 Abstract

The Black Heritage Trail of New Hampshire concluded its Juneteenth celebrations with the rededication of the African Burying Ground Memorial Park and a community dance. The organization aims to highlight the complexities of America's founding fathers and promoted by Executive Director JerriAnne Boggis. She has expressed waning hope that New Hampshire will recognize Juneteenth as a permanent holiday due to the current political environment and as President Trump had recently restricted Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
