đ¨ Abstract
The NTSB investigates an incident from January 2024 where a panel blew off a Boeing 737 Max mid-flight, causing rapid decompression. The panel, removed and not properly re-secured during a repair, led to minor injuries and a safe landing. The incident highlights manufacturing pressures and quality control issues at Boeing, which has faced previous crises with the 737 Max. The NTSB will discuss findings and recommendations to prevent similar events.
