💨 Abstract
Tropical Storm Dalila has formed in the eastern Pacific Ocean, south of Mexico's southwestern coast. The storm, with winds of 40 mph, is expected to bring heavy rain to parts of Guerrero, Michoacán, and Colima states. A tropical storm warning is in effect for coastal Mexico west of Mexico City. Dalila is forecasted to move parallel to the coast but stay offshore.
