Vance Boelter, 57, suspected of politically motivated shootings, shot Minnesota Rep. Melissa Hortman, her husband Mark, and state Sen. John Hoffman & his wife Yvette Saturday. Hortman and her husband were killed; the Hoffmans were injured but survived. Boelter was apprehended near his home. He was described as "armed and dangerous" during a 24-hour manhunt.
