💨 Abstract
In Harvey Weinstein's sex crimes retrial, after the jury declared a mistrial on one of the three charges due to deliberation issues involving the jury foreperson. A partial verdict from Wednesday still stands, convicting the former studio boss of one count of forcing oral sex. However, he was acquitted of another similar charge. The mistrial occurred on the third charge, a 2013 rape accusation.
