💨 Abstract
A 61-year-old man was killed and 13 others were injured, including a 7-year-old, when lightning struck an archery range in Jackson, New Jersey, on Wednesday evening. The incident occurred around 7:15 p.m. at the Black Knight Bowbenders range. Injured individuals were taken to nearby hospitals. Scattered showers and storms had been forecast for the area.
