💨 Abstract
In late June 2025, a small group of young adults participated in the Young Buddhist Initiative, a program by the Triratna Buddhist Community in New York. The program, which includes mindfulness meditation and discussions on Buddhist concepts, aims to support young people in exploring Buddhist teachings. Kizzy Joseph, a 28-year-old therapist, noted the diversity and emotional safety of the group.
