💨 Abstract
Under the leadership of commandante Moran, the Cook County Sheriff’s office performed a remarkable task that led to the identification of an unnamed individual buried in 2015. Cook County investigators recognized the person as Reba Caroline Bailey, a Women’s Army Corps veteran who had been homeless in Chicago. The funeral for Bailey provided closure for several dozen attendees, including family members previously unaware of her existence.
