💨 Abstract
Three years after the Supreme Court allowed state abortion bans, 64% of U.S. adults still believe abortion should be legal in most or all cases. About half believe abortion should be accessible for any reason, though this is slightly reduced from last year. Post-Roe, many states have either banned or protected abortion access. Support remains high for legal abortion in cases of rape, incest, fetal abnormalities, or health risks.
