💨 Abstract
In a Virginia case, a judge ordered prosecutors to provide defense documentation about the reassignment of a digital forensic examiner, Brendan Miller, who worked on the case against Brendan Banfield, accused of plotting with an au pair to kill his wife and another man. The judge did not demand information on the transfer of the lead detective on the case. Miller’s findings diverged from other officials’ theory that Banfield catfished a victim.
