💨 Abstract
Tropical Storm Iona formed in the central Pacific, southeast of Honolulu. It's moving westward with no threat to Hawaii. The storm's maximum sustained winds are about 40 mph. Iona is the first named storm of the hurricane season in the central Pacific.
