💨 Abstract

Duane “Keffe D” Davis, charged with ordering the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur, has appealed to the Nevada Supreme Court to dismiss his charges. Davis, arrested in 2023, claims his constitutional rights were violated due to a 27-year delay in prosecution and previous immunity agreements. His attorney argues that Davis's statements, made under the belief they wouldn't be used against him, are the primary evidence.
