💨 Abstract
A Maryland woman, Catherine Hoggle, who was previously deemed incompetent to stand trial due to severe mental illness, has been rearrested for the 2014 disappearance and presumed murder of her two young children, Sarah and Jacob. Hoggle was released from a psychiatric facility last month and subsequently rearrested after a grand jury reindicted her on two counts of first-degree murder. She is scheduled for a bail review hearing. The children's whereabouts remain unknown.
