Soho House, a luxury members club, is going private in a $2.7 billion deal led by hotel giant MCR. Executive Chairman Ron Burkle and other major shareholders will retain control, and existing shares will be bought for $9 each. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2025, subject to regulatory approval. Ashton Kutcher and MCR's Tyler Morse will join the board.
