💨 Abstract
The Texas measles outbreak, which began in late January 2025, has ended after 42 days without new cases. The outbreak infected 762 people, leading to two child deaths and 100 hospitalizations. It started from outbreaks in Canada and Mexico and spread to other U.S. states, showing the virus' rapid transmission.
