💨 Abstract
A significant number of U.S. adults are stressed about soaring grocery prices and the effects of President Donald Trump's tariffs. About half of Americans consider grocery costs a "major" stressor, while another 33% see it as a "minor" issue. Younger Americans and low-income individuals are especially affected. Many resort to "buy now, pay later" services to manage expenses, despite the associated financial risks.
