💨 Abstract
American pilot and influencer Ethan Guo, stranded in Antarctica, was charged by Chilean authorities for submitting a false flight plan. A judge dropped the charges after Guo agreed to donate $30,000 to a children’s cancer foundation and leave Chile for three years. Guo maintains his innocence, claiming he had authorization to land due to weather and technical issues. The prosecutor's office disputes this, asserting that Guo knowingly put global air traffic at risk.
