đź’¨ Abstract
Sam Pittman, Arkansas coach, believes a $2.8 billion antitrust settlement will help his team compete with Southeastern Conference powers. Starting July 1, schools can share up to $20.5 million with athletes. Pittman acknowledged that financial advantages, primarily through NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) deals, have drawn 2021 players, some of whom have transferred to compete with other SEC.
