British police detained a 53-year-old man after his minivan plowed into crowds celebrating Liverpool Football Club's championship, injuring 47, including 4 children. The incident is not considered terrorism, and it left Water Street cordoned off. Many were treated for injuries, with four in serious condition. Prime Minister Keir Starmer condemned the incident, expressing solidarity with Liverpool.
