💨 Abstract
Venezuela migrants Cecilia González and her parents fled political persecution and sought safety in the US. They've been awaiting asylum for 8 years and were granted Temporary Protected Status (TPS) under Biden. However, recent Supreme Court decision upheld ending TPS for Venezuela and other countries, which could lead to deportation and uncertainty for hundreds of thousands. Cecilia, now 26, graduated from the University of Florida and works in civil rights.
