💨 Abstract
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, led by Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., has made significant changes to COVID-19 vaccine approvals and recommendations. Previously, the federal government recommended an updated COVID-19 vaccine for all individuals aged 6 months and older annually. However, the FDA now proposes limiting the vaccine to those aged 65 and older and individuals with high-risk conditions.
