đź’¨ Abstract
Many four-year university students enroll in community college simultaneously to achieve their academic goals. Reasons include catching up, getting ahead, or freeing up time for additional programs. Community colleges offer flexible schedules and formats, and courses tend to be more affordable. Credits may transfer, but grades generally do not affect the student’s university GPA. Students should consult with academic and financial aid advisors to ensure courses transfer and financial aid remains intact.
