💨 Abstract
Investors are exploring equal-weight ETFs due to their diversification and unique investment approach. Unlike cap-weighted ETFs, which allocate based on market size, equal-weight ETFs give each stock roughly the same weight, spreading risk and reducing reliance on a few large companies. This can benefit smaller companies with growth potential.
