💨 Abstract
The Trump administration imposed total bans and partial restrictions on U.S. entry from 19 countries, including Venezuela, citing security risks and visa law violations. Venezuelans with certain non-immigrant visas, such as tourist, student, and exchange visas, will face restrictions if they are outside the U.S. and do not have a valid visa issued before June 9, 2025.
