💨 Abstract
The FBI has added Giovanni Vicente Mosquera Serrano, alias "El Viejo," a suspected leader of the Venezuelan criminal gang Tren de Aragua, to its Ten Most Wanted list, offering a $3 million reward for his capture. Mosquera Serrano faces charges including supporting terrorism and drug trafficking in Colombia and the U.S. The Tren de Aragua, designated a foreign terrorist organization, has expanded from Venezuela to other countries, operating in the U.S. as well.
