💨 Abstract
In Argentina, biologist Luis Jácome and his foundation have rescued over 500 condors in the past 33 years. Once a province reports a fallen condor,-local authorities and an aeroli Verde line transport it to a rehabilitation center. Importantly the national airline and many individuals support this conservation effort. The primary threats to condors are lead poisoning and toxic baits set out for other predators.
