💨 Abstract
An immigration judge requested more time to review the case of Ramón Morales-Reyes, an undocumented immigrant who was arrested after a letter threatening President Trump was found to be a setup. Morales-Reyes was allegedly framed by Demetric Scott, who had previously assaulted him. Morales-Reyes' lawyer presented evidence of Scott's confession, and a Department of Homeland Security lawyer acknowledged that Morales-Reyes is eligible for bail.
