💨 Abstract
The OCDE's recent report warns that President Donald Trump's trade war will cause severe economic damage, both in the U.S. and globally. The organization slashed its U.S. economic growth forecast for 2025 from 2.2% to 1.6% and predicts weakened growth in 2026. Higher tariffs, retaliatory measures, reduced immigration, and a smaller federal workforce are to blame.
