💨 Abstract

On June 20, 2025, a missile struck Israel's Soroka Medical Center, causing extensive damage and injuring 40 people. Gabriel Rosenstein, the hospital's director of Emergency Hemodynamics, recounted the chaotic events, emphasizing that war does not differentiate between civilians and soldiers, nor between medical staff and patients. Despite the hospital being severely damaged and lacking basic utilities, Rosenstein successfully treated a patient suffering from a heart attack.
