💨 Abstract
A new study reveals that maintaining optimal levels of at least three out of seven health metrics, known as Life’s Simple 7, significantly reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and benefits various bodily systems. These guidelines by the American Heart Association include: not smoking, eating a nutritious diet, regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, optimal blood pressure, controlled blood sugar, and managed cholesterol.
