💨 Abstract
The civil rights groups have filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration to halt a policy allowing ICE agents to arrest undocumented immigrants during immigration court hearings. This legal challenge is part of a larger effort by advocates to block recent administration measures aimed at increasing deportations. Previously, the Department of Homeland Security had guidelines limiting immigration enforcement in courts. After the Trump administration revoked these guidelines, ICE agents began arresting migrants in courts across the country.
