Moody’s Corp. (MCO) reported second-quarter net income of $578 million, exceeding Wall Street expectations with earnings of $3.56 per share on revenue of $1.9 billion. The New York-based credit ratings agency surpassed analysts' forecasts for both earnings and revenue. Moody’s projects full-year earnings between $13.50 and $14 per share.
