💨 Abstract
Alfonso Solis, a 47-year-old with experience in search and rescue, interrupted his vacation to assist with the massive floods in Texas. Over 150 people are missing due to the floods, and Solis is helping to find survivors and translates important information to Spanish for the families affected. He recalls that the challenges are numerous, including disappearing tracks due to the current and the dare to also look for people found already dead.
