💨 Abstract
An attack on a court building in Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan province killed six, including a child, with 20 injured. Security forces killed three assailants. The militant group Jaish al-Adl, seeking independence for the region, was blamed. The province has faced violence and strain between Sunni residents and the Shiite government. The province is one of Iran’s least developed and borders Afghanistan and Pakistan.
