💨 Abstract
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is aggressively recruiting, offering significant incentives like $50,000 signing bonuses. However, some Florida law enforcement agencies, which collaborate closely with ICE, are upset about its mass email recruiting tactics, finding them unprofessional. These emails were sent to local agents trained through the 287(g) program, whose emails were collected during certification.
