đź’¨ Abstract
Forgotten 401(k) accounts have become a significant issue, with 29.2 million accounts holding $1.65 trillion as of 2023. The pandemic-era Great Resignation exacerbates this problem. Rolling over 401(k)s remains a cumbersome, manual process, making it challenging for workers, especially younger ones, to manage.
