💨 Abstract
NASA astronaut James Lovell, who commanded the Apollo 13 mission that had to abort its moon landing in 1970, has died at the age of 97. Lovell passed away on August 7 in Lake Forest, Illinois. The cause of his death has not been disclosed. This is a developing story.
