💨 Abstract
The PGA Tour has hired Brian Rolapp, a long-time NFL executive, as the first CEO of its new commercial division, PGA Tour Enterprises. This comes after a $1.5 billion investment from Strategic Sports Group (SSG). Jay Monahan remains commissioner. Rolapp's experience and media connections will help the PGA Tour with upcoming broadcast deals and strategic opportunities. Negotiations with the Saudi-backed LIV Golf have stalled, and the PGA Tour is focusing on fan feedback and event reforms.
