💨 Abstract
In June 2025, Kansas City Chiefs' Travis Kelce and Trey Smith, who had skipped voluntary workouts, were present at the start of the team's mandatory minicamp. Trey Smith, franchise-tagged, reported to avoid fines and to work out a long-term contract. The Chiefs also began working on potential lineups including new draft pick Josh Simmons and second-year Kingsley Suamataia with hopes of improving Patrick Mahomes' protection.
