💨 Abstract
Prosecutors in Broward County have declined to pursue charges against Cleveland Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins, who was arrested on misdemeanor battery and domestic violence charges in July. The decision was made due to a delayed report, lack of video evidence, and no independent witnesses. Judkins, the 36th pick in the NFL draft, could still face discipline under the league’s personal conduct policy. The Browns had drafted him hoping he would become their lead running back.
