The Jacksonville Jaguars defeated the New York Jets 48-20, with quarterback Trevor Lawrence leading the way with six touchdowns. Lawrence had a career-high five passing touchdowns and added a rushing touchdown. The Jaguars scored touchdowns on their first three possessions and topped 40 points in the first three quarters for the first time in two decades. The Jets, led by rookie quarterback Brady Cook, struggled, allowing their most points since 2021 and committing three interceptions.
