Prince George’s County police seek help identifying a suspect who rode a bicycle to and from a fatal shooting where 33-year-old William Denard Askew was killed. The incident occurred on Laurel Bowie Road on July 25. Surveillance footage shows the suspect on a blue bicycle before the shooting.
