💨 Abstract
Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin announced that five Northern Virginia school divisions violated Title IX by allowing students of the opposite sex access to sex-separated facilities and sports. The schools—Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Prince William, and Alexandria—face a resolution agreement to rescind these policies, define "male" and "female" based on biology, and ensure female sports participation. Youngkin criticized the Biden administration for leniency.
