💨 Abstract
On May 29, 2025, Russia accused Serbia of exporting arms to Ukraine, which Russia portrayed as betrayal by Serbia. Serbia has allegedly been supplying Soviet-era ammunition to Kyiv since early 2023, despite Serbia's official "neutrality" and close ties with Russia. Though keeping allegiance to Russia, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic also pursues EU integration, defying EU caution over attending Russia’s Victory Day parade.
